Grr, god damn it, as if anyone needed anymore proof that the universe is simply NOT my friend.

Today is the fourth day of them having my computer, so I call to see if it's going to be ready well.. NOW and soon or something. So, I call them and ask them about my computer. WHICH THEY CAN'T FIND. They can't find it to the extent that I'm on the phone with them for twenty minutes and they keep asking me if I was sure I didn't pick it up, or maybe someone in my family (Me: "How would someone pick it up without my ID?" Them: *Crickets chirp*) did. And then finally they tell me it's waiting on a part. Not which part, not what's wrong with it, just them waiting on a part. ME: "It's been four days and you don't have the part yet?" Them: "No, we're still waiting on the part." "When will the part be in?" "I don't know."
