Leap Day ftw.

So yeah, yesterday was quite possibly the weirdest day I have had in quite a long time. Got up, went to class felt less dumb then usual until I realized I had turned in the wrong paper for my Vic lit class. I'm an idiot. Yay. I then had lunch with Erin and Chelsea and Mollie and Steph, which was fun and entertaining when I busted out my laptop and we started to play on the youtube.

Then, I took the bus treck home and called my mom from the store to see if there was anything that we needed. You know what they had? A fucking car. So, all that bus time and headache shit for no good reason.

For those of you who don't know, my friend Sara's Mom died last Saturday of cancer. It was sad and scary and one of the reasons that I haven't done a real post in a few days. I felt so bad for Sara's family, and I was worried that it could have been my mom, and I also felt an irrational guilt that my mom was still here. Christ, am I fucked up. But at least Sara's Mom isn't in pain anymore. Tomorrow is the funeral, and I have a feeling it's gonna be tough.

Also, yeah...love and leap day. I can't wait until the Ides of March (which would have been a cool aniversery "Eu Tut, Brutus?" but today is cooler.)

That made me feel like I need a Rome icon.
